Painter
We are searching for a deadline-driven painter with great attention to detail. The painter will be expected to match shades, follow written and verbal instructions, and use a variety of tools to paint surfaces. Other responsibilities include completing minor repairs and selecting correct paints and primers.This position will be in residential and commercial environments.
The ideal candidate will be able to follow directions, work well with others, and complete assignments on time.
Carpenter
Employees at this level perform skilled work in the trade of carpenter. They work under the direction of a superintendent. The job requires the ability to perform tasks in all areas and aspects of the construction project, including the ability to work with tools, lumber, and other materials.
Superintendent
To provide on-site coordination for all phases of construction projects, including managing onsite personnel, coordinating subcontractors, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Superintendent shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.
Estimator
The estimator gathers, analyzes, and prepares detailed cost information as required for the owner’s or project’s needs. They visit sites to gather information, analyze specifications and construction documents to thoroughly understand the project. They work closely with the preconstruction team and project managers. The estimator determines the time, labor, construction materials, and product costs for projects and communicates these requirements to the owners.
The estimator should obtain all relevant project specifications, determine the most appropriate building materials, and secure favorable prices on all resources. They should also study trends in construction to determine whether the estimates are both reasonable and competitive. To ensure success as an estimator, you should be able to translate project requirements into realistic figures with ease. The estimator will adhere to financial constraints without compromising on our high standards.
Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and control of a construction project from initial conception to the time of completion. The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the client’s requirements regarding the functionality and standards are met. They are also responsible for ensuring that the construction project is completed successfully, on schedule and within budget. The primary responsibilities of the Project Manager include project planning, scheduling, cost management, time management, quality control, safety supervision, and contract administration.
