Laborer 

The Construction Laborer performs tasks involving physical labor at all construction sites.  The Construction Laborer must have knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance.  The Construction Laborer may operate hand and power tools of all types.

Carpenter 1

Employees at this level perform skilled work in the trade of carpenter.  They work under the direction of a superintendent.  The job requires the ability to perform tasks in all areas and aspects of the construction project, including the ability to work with tools, lumber, and other materials.

Superintendent/Working Foreman

To provide on-site coordination for all phases of construction projects, including managing onsite personnel, coordinating subcontractors, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Superintendent shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.
