Our Team

David Gray is the President of Gray Builders LLC and has worked in the construction industry full time since 1989. David helped to officially form Gray Builders LLC in 2014 when both his sons joined the business.

Josh Gray is part owner and Vice President of Gray Builders. He attended Pennsylvania College of Technology where he earned a Bachelor of Science. Josh has worked in the construction industry in some capacity since he was 16 years old.

Chad Gray is part owner and Vice President of Gray Builders. Chad has worked in the construction industry in some capacity since he was 16 years old. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Pennsylvania College of Technology, and gained experience in the construction industry before officially forming Gray Builders LLC in 2014 with his father and brother.

Blaise Mordan is a Project Manager at Gray Builders, who specializes in overseeing Commercial projects. Blaise has been with Gray Builders for 10 years, Blaise originally worked with Grays as an intern while attending Pennsylvania College of Technology. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.

Don Campbell is a Project Manager at Gray Builders who specializes in overseeing residential construction projects. Don joined Gray Builders in 2022.

Whitney Fetterman is the Relationship Manager at Gray Builders. Whitney is an integral part of the pre-construction and design team. Whitney has been with Gray Builders since 2020 and came to Gray Builders with 6 years of Project Management experience. She is a graduate of Millersville University, with a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Public Relations.

Dave Herb is the Technical Operations Manager at Gray Builders. Dave previously worked as a Superintendent at Gray Builders and in 2021 moved into the role of the Technical Operations Manager. Dave has been with Gray Builders since 2017, he is a 1982 Graduate of Sun Area Technical Institute, with over 40 years of construction experience.

Alex Cole is a Project Manager at Gray Builders who specializes in overseeing Commercial projects. Alex joined the Gray Builders team in 2023. Alex worked with Gray Builders prior to 2023 as a project lead.

Ed Bennage is the Architectural Designer at Gray Builders; Ed has been with Gray Builders since 2023. Ed is an integral part of the pre-construction team between drafting and estimating. Ed has been designing homes since 1991. Ed graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Aaron Strosser is a Project Assistant at Gray Builders. Aaron has been with Gray Builders since 2023. Aaron is an integral part of the pre-construction team, developing estimates for commercial projects. Aaron is a graduate of Salisbury University with a degree in Business Management.

Vanessa Kocher is the Administrative Assistant at Gray Builders. Vanessa has been with Gray Builders since 2024. Vanessa comes from an extensive background in customer service and retail.
